The agreement covering accounts, workspaces, generated drafts, publishing and payment.
The agreement
These terms govern BuildPersona and are between you and 7th Pillar Info Tech Private Limited (CIN: U72200KL2014PTC036859), registered at First Floor, Door No. 4497, Sree Vilas - 2, Kakkanad, Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682037, India. Contact info@7thpillar.com for support, billing questions or legal notices. Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling; the data processing terms also apply to client content we process for an agency.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization or client, you must have authority to do so. A separate signed agreement prevails over these standard terms only to the extent it expressly says so.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account and billing information, secure your login credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. Workspace owners manage members and client access and are responsible for authorizing those users. Do not share your password or bypass access controls.
- Use only profiles, voices, images and materials you have permission to use.
- Obtain the client's permission before importing their LinkedIn profile or creating content in their name.
- Do not impersonate people, upload unlawful or infringing material, send spam or misrepresent AI-generated claims as verified facts.
- Do not distribute malware, probe another user's data, evade plan limits or abuse trials, credits, referrals or discount codes.
- Follow applicable law and the terms of LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other services you connect.
Agency access does not replace a client's authorization to connect their LinkedIn account. You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy information to anyone whose data you submit.
AI output and publishing
BuildPersona helps generate ideas, reports, text and media. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or similar outputs for different users. Review facts, rights, names, numbers and visual content before use. A profile score is an assessment, not a certification. We do not promise any particular reach, engagement, revenue, leads, ranking or outcome, and output is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
You control what is approved and scheduled. Approval applies to the specific revision; subsequent edits can require approval again. You are responsible for the content you publish and the permissions needed for it. Publication may be delayed or fail because of provider availability, expired permissions or third-party restrictions. Some formats, including native LinkedIn articles, may require manual publication. We cannot guarantee a third party will accept or retain a post or keep an integration available.
Plans, credits and recurring payment
Executive and Agency subscriptions are offered monthly or annually. Prices are offered in INR for India and USD elsewhere. Checkout identifies the plan, billing interval, currency, applicable discounts, taxes and amount due. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment processing; its applicable buyer terms also apply. We do not store full payment-card details.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. The first paid purchase requires your checkout authorization; having a free trial alone does not authorize a charge.
- Each plan includes the profile capacity and credits shown when purchased. Plan credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans; unused monthly plan credits do not roll over. Other promotional or purchased credits follow the terms displayed when granted or bought.
- Credits measure eligible service use, have no cash value and are not transferable between customers. A feature's displayed credit cost applies to that request. When eligible credits run out, metered generation is unavailable until credits are added or refreshed.
- Credit packs and extra Agency client profiles are separate purchases. Collaborators are not charged as additional profiles. Added profile capacity is charged proportionately for the remaining billing period; capacity reductions take effect at the next renewal.
- A coupon applies only to its stated plan, period and eligibility. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless permitted at checkout. Any expiry and redemption limits shown with the offer apply. We may reverse an improperly obtained promotional benefit where permitted by law.
Billing settings provide access to plan management and invoices. Contact us promptly if a paid entitlement is missing or a charge looks wrong. Price increases for an existing subscription apply only to a future renewal after at least 30 days' notice, or longer where required by law, so you can cancel before the increase takes effect.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal through billing settings or the linked customer portal before the next renewal. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the current period ends. Save the confirmation and contact us if the portal is unavailable. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting account data.
Unless an offer expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable; we do not ordinarily provide partial-period refunds for a change of mind, unused plan allowance or a voluntary downgrade. Duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payments and material failure to provide the purchased service will be reviewed for an appropriate correction or refund.
Send refund requests to info@7thpillar.com with the account email, transaction reference and reason. Do not send card details. Any approved refund is processed through the payment provider to the original payment method where possible; bank and provider processing times vary. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights, or your right to dispute a payment. Starting digital service does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right; any legally required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately.
Availability and support
Contact info@7thpillar.com for support. We handle requests according to their urgency and available capacity; standard plans do not include round-the-clock support, a guaranteed response time or a service-level agreement. Any such commitment must be agreed separately in writing. Mandatory complaint-handling and privacy deadlines still apply.
Maintenance, network failures and provider changes may interrupt features. We take reasonable steps to address problems but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep an independent copy of important material and use the available export tools.
Suspension, termination and deletion
We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, suspected fraud, material misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where practical, we explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect people, data or the service, or where notice is legally restricted. You can ask for a review by emailing info@7thpillar.com.
We may end access for a material breach that is not remedied after notice, or a serious breach that cannot reasonably be remedied. If we discontinue your paid service for convenience rather than your breach, we give at least 30 days' notice where practical and refund the unused prepaid service period. Legal remedies remain available.
Trial expiry or non-payment may restrict the workspace to read-only access; it does not automatically erase saved content. You may request workspace or account deletion in settings. The seven-day cancellable grace window, purge process, retained records and backup limitations are explained in the privacy policy.
Your content and our service
You retain the rights you have in your inputs. As between you and us, you may use the outputs generated for you, and we assign any rights we may have in those outputs to you to the extent legally possible. This does not grant rights in third-party material or guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. BuildPersona and its software, branding and service designs remain ours or our licensors'.
You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit and display your material only to operate the features you request, provide support, secure the service and comply with applicable law. This includes necessary processing by the providers we disclose. It does not permit us to publicly advertise using your private content, name or likeness without your permission.
We may use operational statistics and data aggregated so it does not identify you or your clients to improve the service. BuildPersona does not use private customer content to train its own models. The handling of inputs by external AI providers is described in the privacy policy and provider list.
Warranties and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not exclude warranties or service standards that the law makes mandatory.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill arising from this agreement. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected workspace during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if that is greater.
These exclusions and the cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not remove a required refund or statutory consumer or privacy right. We remain responsible for our own obligations; a provider outage is not an automatic exemption from mandatory law.
If you use the service for a business, you will cover reasonable amounts finally awarded to a third party, or settled with your consent, for a claim caused by your unlawful content or material breach of your content permissions. This does not cover claims caused by our misconduct or unauthorized changes. We must promptly notify you, reasonably cooperate and allow an appropriate defense; neither party may settle in a way that admits liability or imposes obligations on the other without that party's consent.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, provided it takes reasonable steps to limit the impact. This does not excuse payment already due, mandatory legal duties or a refund otherwise required under these terms or law.
Indian law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India as applicable in Kerala. Subject to mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Kerala, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Please contact info@7thpillar.com first so we can try to resolve a concern, but this is not a condition on seeking urgent relief or exercising statutory rights.
Nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to approach a competent consumer forum, a person's right to complain to a regulator, or other mandatory remedies or jurisdiction available under applicable law. There is no compulsory arbitration requirement in these standard terms.
Changes and general provisions
We give at least 30 days' notice through the application or account email before a materially adverse change takes effect for an existing customer, except where a legal or urgent security requirement needs earlier action. Changes do not apply retroactively. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal before a change takes effect. We record acceptance of updated terms where required; a new policy version does not authorize a new payment or optional marketing.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision immediately does not waive it. We may transfer this agreement with the business provided your rights are not materially reduced and you receive required notice. You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent. These terms, the applicable purchase terms and any separate signed agreement form the agreement for the service; mandatory legal rights always prevail.
