Rashin builds AI-powered applications and automation systems. His work spans AI agents, language models and voice technology, alongside web and mobile product development. He has led 7th Pillar Infotech since 2014.
He is also the technology cofounder of REThink AI. At 7th Pillar, his services span custom software, application development and user experience design.
Nataraj helps founders and CEOs turn their expertise into clear positioning and content in their own voice. As founder of Altix and author of Visible, he works across personal branding, content strategy and executive ghostwriting.
His work helps B2B experts communicate their value, reach the right decision-makers and turn visibility into business conversations. Visible explores why capable professionals remain unknown and how to make their expertise easier to recognize.
An executive’s useful material is often scattered across conversations, meeting notes and unfinished thoughts. BuildPersona’s planned workflow connects that source material to a personal profile, an original-voice interview, content drafts, approvals and a publishing calendar.
Individual executives will have a workflow for their own account. Agencies will have separate profiles, voices and content for each executive they support. Both audiences are part of the planned launch.
Our approach to authentic content
Start with real experiences. Original answers, examples and ideas are the foundation for a draft.
Make the owner’s voice explicit. The voice interview asks for plain-language answers written or recorded by the executive.
Keep approval with people. A generated draft needs a factual and editorial review before publication.
Be clear about automation. Supported formats can be scheduled; other formats need manual publication.
