BuildPersona is being built for agencies managing personal brands for multiple executives. Its planned workspace separates each client’s profile, original voice, ideas and content, with contributions and approvals tied to that executive.
From client contribution to approved content
01
Start a separate source record for each client
Record the executive’s audience, profile, original answers and approved source material. A shared agency workspace should never turn different clients into one blended voice.
02
Turn original contributions into drafts
Ask clients for short typed notes or recordings about real experiences. Prepare text, image, carousel or article drafts from the right client’s source material, then check the claims and tone.
03
Collect approval for a specific version
Give the client one clear draft to review. Record the intended account and version. Changes to the substance should go back for review before anyone schedules publication.
04
Keep the publishing handoff visible
Track which approved posts can be scheduled and which need a manual handoff. Record who owns the next step so a calendar entry is never mistaken for a published post.
What remains a human decision?
The executive owns the experiences, opinions and claims in their content. An agency can organize and edit that material, but the client should confirm accuracy and approve the final version. A platform can coordinate those steps; it cannot supply authentic experiences on a person’s behalf.
What can I do today?
